What I'm All About!

I’m Olivia Underwood, an Advertising & Brand Strategy student at the University of North Texas, graduating in December 2026 and continuing on to pursue my MBA in the spring.

I’m passionate about the intersection of creativity and strategy, using research, data, and insight to uncover business challenges and develop thoughtful, effective solutions. My work focuses on more than just strong visuals; I aim to create ideas that communicate clearly, resonate with the right audiences, and deliver meaningful results for brands. I approach each project with curiosity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, always looking for ways to better understand the problem and elevate the outcome. I’m especially interested in how brands build connections with their audiences and how those relationships can be strengthened through intentional, insight-driven work.

This summer, I will be interning with American Airlines in Customer Operations, where I’ll focus on identifying operational gaps, improving efficiency, and contributing to solutions that enhance overall performance.

 

Overall, my goal is to create work that is not only creative, but purposeful; grounded in strategy and designed to make an impact.
